Please schedule a complimentary 15-minute video consultation here. We'll discuss your therapy needs, scheduling, pricing, and any questions you may have. If it is a good fit, we'll schedule our first session and set up your client portal account. 24 hours before our first session, you need to review and sign the required documents via your client portal account. The documentation process may take 30 to 60 minutes.

For clients via Telehealth, you'll need access to a computer with Zoom video capabilities, reliable internet, and a private space.

Sessions with me typically run 50-55 minutes, but I offer longer 75-80-minute sessions if we need more time. I usually suggest starting with weekly sessions and then adjusting to bi-weekly as needed. For some clients, meeting monthly is more suitable for maintaining progress.

If, at any point, you feel that we're not the right fit, I'm here to help you find another therapist who may be a better match. Let's work together to create a plan that works best for you!
